Hey, I'm Rach!

I’m a freelance creative producer, project coordinator and photographer based in Liverpool.

For more than ten years I’ve worked across arts, culture, education and community settings, supporting creative projects from initial idea through to delivery.

My work sits across three main areas: photography, creative production and practical support behind the scenes. Sometimes I’m documenting a live event or a wedding. Sometimes I’m coordinating a creative programme with multiple partners and moving parts. Sometimes I’m helping a freelancer or small organisation finally get on top of the admin that’s been hanging over them for months.

What connects all of it is a love of helping people bring ideas to life.

MY APPROACH

I’m not interested in making things more complicated than they need to be.

I like clear communication, practical problem-solving and collaborative working. Whether I’m behind the camera, coordinating a project or tackling a to-do list, my goal is always the same: helping people feel supported, organised and able to focus on what they do best.

I know that creative work often involves a lot of unseen labour. Timelines, logistics, communication, admin, planning, documentation, relationship management and all the tiny tasks that keep everything moving. I’m just as comfortable in that world as I am photographing the finished result.
